[MINC-users] nii2mnc conversion offset

Hi,

We're having trouble converting images from nifti to minc (drawn roi with t1). As seen in these images, when images are in nii, alignment is fine but when converting to mnc (using nii2mnc), there is a large offset.

Any idea on what we're doing wrong? I had tried deleting the orientation in nii with success in the past but it does not solve the problem here.
