Hi Najma,

As Andrew said, it is available on Github. There is some limited 
documentation included in the package. I've enclosed a PDF file of the
man page.

The individual project's source can be copied to your system with the 
command:

git clone https://github.com/BIC-MNI/mrisim.git

     -bert
