[MINC-users] Install Emma on Mac (or a Shepp-logan (3D) minc file? :))

Hi,

I was wondering if someone can help me with instructions on installing 
EMMA (found it on Github) on OSx.

Alternatively, if someone has a 3D shepp-logan phantom in 
MINC/NIFTI to share, I would be much grateful :)
