Indeed it does. You can choose between linear, gaussian or a
kaiser-bessel function and define a regrid radius/sigma.

Note that it was primarily written for defining a new sampling but
does have a -like option. So if you want to halve the dimensions you
might want to write a quick wrapper for it in perl based upon voliso
or some other script.
