[MINC-users] MEX version of mincresample?

I think most (if not all minctools) already copy things to /tmp/, but
we found performance increased considerably by first copying our minc
files to a location that is local (ie /tmp), and then doing all of our
intermediate processing steps in /tmp, and then just copying back our
final output file to the NFS disk.
