[MINC-users] temporary folder for minc tools

Dear Minc users,

I am trying to configure the minc tools on a series of machines where using
/tmp for temporary files is not possible. I need to use an alternative
non-standard folder instead. Some minc tools have an option to specify the
temporary folder but some others look like they don't (mincblur, for
example). Is anybody know a work-around ?
