Dear MINC experts,

I'm sorry to keep asking similar questions recently, but could someone please tell me the best way to convert UNC images into MINC format?

Just for your information, I'm thinking of converting my original images (in coronal plane and UNC format) as shown below.

  1.  UNC --> Analyze (using "unc2analyze")
  2.  Analyze --> MINC (using "nii2mnc")

*I've tried converting UNC directly into MINC using "unc2mnc", but these MINC image was not properly displayed using "register".

So, my questions are shown below.

  1. Is this the best way to convert UNC images into MINC format?
     * If "no", could you please recommend the "best" way?
     * If "yes", would you be able to also confirm whether "nii2mnc" works better than "rawtominc" (just as "nii2mnc" works better than "ana2mnc")?

I would be grateful for the answers.

Many thanks,

Kie Woo
