[MINC-users] mincblur with FWHM <= voxel dims

You'll find that this is because the second image (69) has been
cropped aggressively. If your image "touches" the edge then the way
that mincblur works will cause this effect.

I tend to autopad all input images to such registration pipes for this
(And other) reasons.
