That was an issue, but has been corrected. I get the same problems  
with mincbet whether or not I change the header parameter and/or  
resample the volume with regular -dimsize. Actually, I seem to get  
better results by just changing the header and not reshaping the  
volume, but that's probably not the correct way to go about things. Is  
there another such parameter that might be off? I've tried comparing  
mincheader with a "good" scan, but there are so many differences that  
it's hard to know which are significant.
