[MINC-users] get_meansd_voi???

Hi Jim,

get_meansd_voi is part of dot and that has never been fully ported to 
linux.

I may actually complete this one day as yorick's days are counted! I was 
thinking the entire package would have been obsoleted by now but it is 
still useful.
