[MINC-users] minc/debian/GLIBC_2_4?

Well you are all close..  I copied the MINC 1.5.1 binary from my
Ubuntu build to /deb on packages.  That was a whoopsie (sorry).

I will rebuild the debian (Stable) version shortly.
