Hi Marc,

I use the attached perl script.

It clamps and rescales a file within two PCT's from the histrogram.
Obviously you would have to adjust the script so that it doesn't
rescale your fMRI data (and only clamps)

Once you have the values you want to clamp between, this is all you need do:

   mincmath -clamp -const2 10 3800 in.mnc out.mnc
