[MINC-users] other models

Dear minc users,

if I want to register my data with another model than the average_305, 
what steps do I have to do?
I downloaded ICBM_template.mnc and ran the script make_model, which 
crashed due to missing mask file for this template. Do I have to create 
the mask file for ICBM_template (or any others) or is it somewhere 
available? I guess I will also need the headmask for later nonlinear 
registration...
