[MINC-users] new mritotal

Hello everyone,

Could anyone please send me an image which was nonlinearly registered by
mritotal? I downloaded and installed the latest version of mni-autoreg last
Friday, but the result didn't very desirable to me. Although the new program
is much faster than before, the image after nonlinear registration looked
much worse than the before. There was no error message displayed during the
whole process, so I am wondering what the problem should be.
