[Loris-dev] [IPMSA] System down due to change of IP in server

I'm not sure if you've already fixed this, but another thing to keep in
mind that I don't see mentioned in this thread is that MySQL accounts are
tied to where it's connecting from, so the hostname/ip part of your MySQL
account itself might need to be fixed.
