[Loris-dev] Regarding Loris installation

Dear Dave,

Thanks for getting me back to me on my query. Yeah now, it recongized the
.json file.

emradmin at jsn-HP-Pavilion-g6-1c33ca:*/var/www/emr*$ composer install --no-dev
