[MINC-users] minc tool to extract voxel values within a mask?

Hi all,

I have a user asking about extracting raw intensity values from a MINC
image, from a region defined by a mask (label file, specific bin value).

The closest thing I can find is mincextract but it doesn't have mask
support.

Does anyone know of a script/hack to extract values like this?
