[MINC-users] Segmentation: Handling poor T1 contrast?

Hi, Gabriel —

I´d also highly appreciate any insights on that. I´m also dealing with the same issue with some clinical 3T T1s. Up to now, I could improve the segmentation by tweaking the N3 normalization parameters, but still not completely happy with the results. Did you have any progress?
