[MINC-users] Total Intercranial Volume (TIV) in the minc toolchain?

Hi all,

I know I can get total brain volume (TBV) with BeAST with excellent
results, but for some groups I think it would be more appropriate to use
TIV to describe the subject.

Does anyone know of a tool/set of commands in minc to achieve this? My
first thought was to use the inverse BeAST mask to remove the brain and
then use some kind of fill-in mask based on the intensity in the empty
space.
