Hi,

The tools that might be of interest are minctoraw and mincextract. Or you
can convert MINC files to NIfTI files with mnc2nii, if you have access to a
library that reads NIfTI-1 files.

The library paths depend on your specific platform and configuration, but
you are looking for libminc2 and/or libvolume_io2.
