Thank you Robert D. Vincent,
The MINC toolkit includes several tools that can extract raw data from a
MINC file.But I don't know which libraries are for what purpose ,
can you help to in finding the info regarding these libraries usage and
Please Let me know the procedure to include those libraries (giving path
for library locations in IDE etc..) for reading and accessing pixels of
minc images.

[I am using Qt Creator(IDE) for c++ programming]
