[MINC-users] Small Query

*Dear minc users,*
*Currently I'm trying to do image fusion of T1,T2 and PD weighted images of
brain.*
*But here I'm unable to use those MINC Tool kit libraries along with opencv
libraries for image processing applications.*
*Can you briefly explain me the procedure to use those libraries for mnic
format image reading and accessing pixel values*
*then i will try to access along with Opencv libraries.*
*It will be very helpful for my project if are able to guide me
in accessing mnic image pixels.*
