[MINC-users] CIVET-1.1.12 and -model icbm152nl_09s

Hi all,

I’m trying to run CIVET-1.1.12 with the more up-to-date 09a symmetric model
included with it, however the verify_image stage fails with:

Overlay /opt/quarantine/CIVET/1.1.12/build/share/mni-models//mni_icbm152_t1_tal_nlin_sym_09a_mask.obj
is not a file

I see that the mni_ADNI and symmetric_VI models have obj files but the
other model files are missing. Are these files available? Can anyone share
them?
