[MINC-users] mincdefrag arguments

IIRC, there was at one stage an effort to include the logic of
mincdefrag into mincmorph. (it would be just another kernel
operation). This would be one way to resolve differences and allow
mincdefrag to be more flexible.

Claude, do you remember what happened here?
