[MINC-users] Getopt::Tabular source distribution

Hello,
note that https://github.com/BIC-MNI/minc-toolkit/tree/master/perl-modules - is not a repository on it’s own - it is a part of minc-toolkit. I would think we need to move https://github.com/BIC-MNI/minc-toolkit/tree/master/perl-modules/Getopt-Tabular-0.3 into a https://github.com/BIC-MNI/Getopt-Tabular and make it a separate git repository.
