Thanks Mishkin!

I recognize that we need to update the installation instructions - but in the meantime I've taken the liberty of adding your email in its entirety to the bottom of that wiki page. Please take a look and let me know in case you have any issues with that.

And one of these days, hopefully soon, we'll write more complete installation instructions.
