Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the help! I tried your suggestions but minc-2.0.18 but I'm still getting the same errors. When I tried to configure with minc package with '--minc-2' but it said that this option was not recognized. Any other ideas?

Cheers,

Thomas

The version of HDF5 I am using is 1.8.4 but 1.8.9 should be fine. Are
you doing a "make clean" and re-running configure between compilation
attempts with the different versions? It's possibly also best to
remove config.cache

Also make sure you are using the '--with-minc2' configure switch.
