[MINC-users] compiling the minc bundle

Thanks Andrew for the fast response. Unfortunately that did not solve the
issue. I ended up making a local installation of PERL, and I was able to
compile mni_perllib-0.08. The rest of the bundle is compiling now, I'll
keep my fingers crossed.
