[MINC-users] am i using mincresample correctly

Hi Jackie,
I don't think they should look the same. What does xfm2param matrix.xfm say
(if xfm is close to identity then it will be hard to pick differences
visually)?
If you hit sync in register, is the cursor at the exact same spot?  When
you blend in register do you see differences?

Once you hit sync you will see a synchronous movement of the cursor in
world space - not voxel space.
