[MINC-users] FLAIR atlas

Hi Andrew,

 Thank you for your reply. 

 I need to coregister all the FLAIR images from several clinical trials to the atlas space. When I try to coregister the FLAIR images using the ICBM-T1/T2 or MNI-average305 atlases, they don't seem to coregister well. So, I was wondering if there is also a pre-existing FLAIR atlas.

Hi Aaryani,

There are none that I know of in the various ICBM atlas releases that
have been made to date. If anyone knows it will be Louis Collins, if
you have your own series of FLAIR images, I don't think creating your
own atlas should be too difficult. If you let us know the reason for a
FLAIR atlas we might be able to help you some more.
