[MINC-users] register and Display issues on Fedora 12 (also in ubuntu lucid)

Hello. Yes, I am using an Nvidia 9400GT in ubuntu lucid with the propietary
drivers version 173 (from the repositories). FYI, previous versions of the
driver did nothing to fix the issues.
