[MINC-users] inter-slice registration?

Is there any program, or suggested combinations of programs in the minc
toolkit to handle interslice registration?
In my EPI volumes (from DTI), I'm seeing that slice n seems to be rotated
away from slice n+1, e.g.
I'd like to rotate them into alignment.

Thanks for any advice and apologies if this question has been posted
several times before.
