[MINC-users] colour_object vs. brain-view

Hi,
Usually, if I do:

brain-view object.obj stats.txt

or if i do

colour_object object.obj stats.txt coloured_object.obj spectral 0 5
brain-view coloured_object.obj

then, visually I get the same results.

I preface this with usually cause I am getting cases where they do not.
