[MINC-users] minc 2.0.16?

The answer to this is "soon". :(  I had been working on changes such
that the "2.0.16' release was actually going to be 2.1.0 in which the
default output type is a MINC2 file. This means that there are  a lot
of small changes needed to a lot of files. (adding a -1 option for
example!).

I could always release 2.0.16 without all these changes.  I will add
this to tonights list of jobs.
