Of course, there is a tool. It is basically FSL bet with a minc 
interface and a few other modifications. It is available on demand,
thus I don't think I want to post the link here. I will verify 
tomorrow and send you the link in a private communication. Remember
that this tool is based on FSL bet, so you will have to acknowledge
Stephen Smith's paper in your work. Agree?
