[MINC-users] using EMMA: possible without Mex?

Just in case what you are currentlly using is not ok, the
MersenneTwister in ITK seems to have an acceptable license - Copyright
notice must be reproduced, no warranty.

IIRC its ITK macros and namespaces wrapped around relatively
standalone code.  Been  a while since i looked under the hood of that
one though.
