Hi again Thomas,

I have just made a change in CVS (rewrote the error code) that should
fix this.  If you happen to have access to the BIC system could you
give this version a go please?

   cvs -d cvs.bic.mni.mcgill.ca:/private-cvsroot checkout minc

should do the trick.
