[MINC-users] generating tags for INSECT training

Hi all,

I'm interested in using INSECT to segment brain tissues in a paediatric
population, in order to account the differences in this data with adult
population I prepared a specific atlas.

Then, my question is about how to generate a new group of training tags for
INSECT from my atlas. I was trying with extracttag function but I'm not
successful. What you would recommend for this purpose?
