[MINC-users] mincconvert -2 error

Hi folks,

looks like I got rid of the problem with a more recent version of minc software and hdf version 1.6.7. Not sure which one of the two did it...

Perhaps this solution is relevant to someone in this community.

Cheers,

Michel

Subject: [MINC-users] mincconvert -2 error

Hi all,

I'm trying to get mincconvert to work on mnc files, to produce mnc2, and I'm seeing the following:

maudette at icaw164201:~/data/data/heartData/mincdata/01446397_mnc> mincconvert -2 heartMarkersClass0a_iso_distlt5.mnc heartMarkersClass0a_iso_distlt5.mnc2 -clob
HDF5-DIAG: Error detected in HDF5 library version: 1.6.1 thread 0. Back trace follows.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a simple fix?

Thanks for your kind attention.

Cheers,

Michel
