Hi Defeng,

If you're dealing with triangular mesh and pure ascii, you can try my 
small parser found here:
32bit linux: http://www.hst.aau.dk/~se/software/parse.bin
64bit linux: http://www.hst.aau.dk/~se/software/parse.bin64
