Hello all, Does anybody have any experience with treating MRI images with cavum septi pellucidi and cavum vergae? I tried to transfer the subject's MRI into MNI space using mritotal, but so far, I couldn't success it. Even if I use the -nonlinear option, these cavities are remained. Best, Atsuko Nagano
