[MINC-users] miwriteimage on pc

If you're in Windows, emma expects "c:\tmp" to exist.  There is a short 
paragraph of instructions right at the top of the fmristat webpage:

http://www.math.mcgill.ca/keith/fmristat/

I should mention though that lately, several users have reported 
problems running fmristat/emma in Windows XP.
