[MINC-users] Automated Trimming

I am working on a script to generate brainmasks for a set of macaque scans we have, but since the scans have different amounts of neck in them my script is having some issues.  I was wondering if there is a quick way using minccalc or something to draw a circular mask and cut everything outside of it?  or if anyone has a trick for creating a very gross mask I could use to remove the neck?
