[MINC-users] OSX Intel and MINC

Hi all,

I have had a first go at some packages for OSX Tiger Intel machines.

I'd be very interested to hear usage reports, there were some strange
issues with erroring on some files in this build that I haven't
managed to track down yet so I am wondering if it just a software
quirk on the machine I used to build these.
