[MINC-users] signal normalization

Sylvain Prima worked on this whilst he was in Louis Lab. (He
originally used it for robust registration).

The code goes by the name of Polfit and generates a polynomial fit
based upon a joint histogram between the two files.  The ouput is an
equation that can be fed directly into minccalc.

It seemed to work pretty well.
