[MINC-users] using minc with ITK

Hi Jason, 

thanks for the kind reply. I have downloaded the latest minc software here, so I will be working with minc2 from now on. 

While on the subject, can you, or anyone, explain to me the motivation behind MINC going from a netcdf-based to a hdf5-based implementation? I might as well include this issue in my presentation.

It appears to be scheduled for release with ITK 2.8.

Note that it only supports MINC2 files.
