Well there is no tool to do specifically this  that I know of, however
all you need do is first register all your images to talairach space
(using mritotal) and then from here just apply a standard
(precomputed) xfm that aligns a talairach image along its AC-PC line.

I suspect it will take a few guesses to get the re-orientation xfm
right but once you have it you can just resample your native images
with the concatenation of their talairach xfm and the reorientation
xfm.
