[MINC-users] Unable to Locate Various Perl Scripts

MINC-Users,
    I am a new user to the MINC tools.  I'm in the process of building 
and testing the tools on a Fedora Core 1 Linux system.  However, I am 
unable to find a number of tools that are referenced on the web pages.  
Below is a list of tools:
cortical_surface
smooth_mask
stx_segment
sulcus_graph
Where can I find these tools?
