[MINC-users] n3 1.10 error os x

If you installed the .dmg package then the perl libraries have been 
installed - you just need to set one environment variable:

setenv PERL5LIB /usr/local/mni/lib/Library/Perl/5.8.1

(See /usr/local/mni/ReadMe.rtf).
