[MINC-users] MINC OSX packages.

For those who like the bleeding edge, here are a number of the MINC
tools packaged (individually as opposed to the original OSX MINC
installer) up for OSX.

I have included both a native OSX build (.pkg files) and fink dpkg's
(.deb files). One of the major fixes is that the register bug of
having to click on the window as a file is loading is gone.
